1. Business Details
The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co. is the trading name of Jamie Comer, a sole trader based in Haverhill, Suffolk. For enquiries, contact tkpc@jcpremiere.co.uk or call 0800 246 5400.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. If site conditions differ from those described, we reserve the right to revise the price before work begins.
- Quoted prices are the total payable. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Work is scheduled once a quote is accepted and a convenient time agreed.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge to cover travel and reserved time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, with as much notice as possible.
4. Workmanship
- All work is carried out to a professional standard using professional grade coatings and proven preparation systems.
- All kitchen transformations are backed by our 2 year workmanship guarantee. Any defects in workmanship reported within that period will be rectified free of charge, provided the kitchen has been used and cared for in line with the aftercare guidance we supply.
5. Materials and Components
- Doors, worktops and other supplied components remain the property of The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co. until payment is received in full.
- We recommend materials and door ranges suited to your kitchen and budget, but are not responsible for the performance of third-party manufacturers beyond the terms of their own warranties.
6. Payment
- Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and cash. Card payments may be arranged by prior agreement.
- Late payment may result in the workmanship guarantee being suspended until the balance is settled.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from delays or from the performance of materials supplied by third parties.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information purposes. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
