2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us through our website enquiry form, phone, or email. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your kitchen and the work you are considering.
We also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through standard web server logs to help us understand how our website is used.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes
- Arrange and confirm survey and work appointments
- Provide aftercare support once the work is complete
- Send appointment reminders if you have booked through our online form
We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or pass your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information on the basis of legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiry) and, where you book an appointment, to fulfil a contract. Where we require your consent for any processing, we will ask for it separately.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep relevant records for 6 years in line with our business obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time if there is no ongoing business reason to retain it.
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing or request that processing be restricted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tkpc@jcpremiere.co.uk.
7. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses functional cookies necessary for the site to work. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Google Analytics sets cookies that record things such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, roughly where in the country you are, and whether you arrived from a search engine, an advert or a link. It also records when someone taps a phone number, email address or WhatsApp button, or submits a form. This is collected in aggregate to show us how the site is performing. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every website using Google's browser opt out add on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
The Meta Pixel is a small piece of Meta (Facebook) code that records the pages you visit on this site and actions such as submitting an enquiry. It sets advertising cookies and shares this activity with Meta so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform and reach people with similar interests. You can control or opt out of this in your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
The embedded Google Map may set its own cookies subject to Google's privacy policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
