1. The Promoter

This promotion is run by The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co., the trading name of Jamie Comer, a sole trader of Unit 2, Willow Farm Business Park, Sturmer Road, Haverhill CB9 7GU. Contact tkpc@jcpremiere.co.uk or 0800 246 5400.

2. Who Can Enter

• You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
• You must own the property the enquiry relates to, or have the owner's permission.
• The property must be within our service area of Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
• Employees of the promoter, and their immediate families, may not enter.
• One entry per household and per property.

3. How to Enter

Complete the quotation request form on our Showroom Launch page, including the questionnaire and between 3 and 10 clear photographs of your kitchen. There is no purchase necessary and no entry fee. Requesting a quotation does not oblige you to buy anything, and you do not need to accept a quotation to be entered.

An entry is only valid once we have enough information and photographs to assess the enquiry, and once we have confirmed it meets the criteria in section 2. We will tell you if your entry does not qualify.

4. Closing Date

The promotion is limited to the first 75 qualifying quotation requests. There is no fixed closing date: the promotion runs until 75 qualifying entries have been received, however long that takes. Once 75 qualifying entries are received the promotion closes and the landing page will be updated to say so.

To confirm: the promoter should also set a longstop date after which the promotion ends even if 75 entries have not been reached, so entrants are not left waiting indefinitely.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive up to £2,500 towards an eligible kitchen transformation supplied by The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co.. How it is applied depends on the stage of your project:

• If your project is already completed and paid for, the winner receives a refund of up to £2,500.
• If your project is booked but not completed, up to £2,500 is deducted from the agreed price.
• If the project costs less than £2,500, the eligible project may be completed at no charge, but no unused balance is paid in cash or carried forward.
• If the project costs more than £2,500, the winner pays the remaining balance.

There is one prize. The prize has no cash alternative, is not transferable, and can only be used against eligible services supplied by The Premiere Kitchen Painting Co.. Eligible services are kitchen respraying, replacement kitchen doors, worktop refinishing and related kitchen transformation work quoted by us.

To confirm: whether the winner must have their work carried out within a set period (for example 12 months from the draw) before the prize lapses.

6. The Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries, by an independent person or by a randomising computer process, within 14 days of the promotion closing.

To confirm: who will carry out the draw, and the exact date it will take place once the closing arrangements in section 4 are settled.

7. Telling the Winner

We will contact the winner using the telephone number and email address given on their entry, within 7 days of the draw. If we cannot reach the winner within 14 days of the draw, we reserve the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

The surname and county of the winner will be available for 8 weeks after the draw by writing to the promoter at the address in section 1. Entrants may object to their surname and county being published, in which case we will supply the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request instead.

8. Your Information

The details and photographs you submit are used to prepare your quotation and to administer this promotion. We will contact you about your quotation request because that is what you asked us to do when you entered.

Marketing messages are separate and entirely optional. Ticking the marketing box is not a condition of entry and leaving it unticked does not affect your eligibility. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not publish or reuse your photographs for marketing without asking you separately first. Full detail of how we handle your information, how long we keep it and your rights under UK GDPR is in our Privacy Notice.

9. General

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or submitted by a third party on your behalf will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the criteria in section 2, or who has given false information.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, and will not do so in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants who have already entered.
• Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entering the promotion means you accept these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
